How long does the ShaveTech take to charge?
For the first use, it should be charged overnight. However, after that, please charge 4 hours for every 30 minutes of use.
How long does the ShaveTech battery last?
Once it is fully charged, it will provide sufficient charge for 30 minutes of shaving.
Is there any way to plug my ShaveTech into a wall outlet?
You can use any standard USB Wall adaptor in order to charge the ShaveTech in a wall outlet.
In which position does the power switch need to be placed in order to charge properly?
The power switch must be down, so that it reads “Off” while charging.
What is the operating voltage of the ShaveTech?
The ShaveTech uses an industry-standard USB connection for charging, thereby eliminating any voltage hassles while travling.
How do I properly clean my ShaveTech?
First, make sure that your ShaveTech is unplugged and that the On/Off switch is turned off. Then, remove the cover and detach the outer foil hood. Carefully clean the outer foil, inner blades and shaver body using the cleaning brush. Once completed, place the outer foil hood and the cover back on. Please note that the ShaveTech should not be cleaned with water because it can damage the product.
Can I travel with the ShaveTech in my carry-on luggage?
Yes you can – it is completely safe.
Do you offer ShaveTech carrying cases in various color choices?

What is the proper way to shave with the ShaveTech?
Pull your skin taught and place the ShaveTech at a 90 degree angle to your skin so that the blades can get as close as possible to the hairs. Only use when it is fully charged so that blades are operating at maximum speed. Shave against the direction of the beard growth – change direction as needed since hairs do not all grow in the same direction.
